Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The product must be in a resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or unsealed products cannot be returned.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us by email within 15 days of purchase. Once your return is approved, you will receive the postal address to return it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product only
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment

Please allow a reasonable number of days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
